WHAT ARE THE STAGES OF THE ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT?
In an architectural project, after the employer's needs are determined; exploration, measuring and scaling the land where the project will be built, making the layout plan, determining the transportation, road, electricity, water and sewerage connections of the land, again the directions of the land; in other words, determining the north-south axes for wind, east-west axes for light, determining the location of topography, vegetation and trees, extracting landscape features and determining the zoning status can be listed.

If the preliminary project is approved, the stage called "final project" is passed. In the final project phase, the revisions given by the employer are applied to the preliminary project, and necessary changes are made considering the needs and demands.

While the project management process progresses, static and mechanical / installation projects are also prepared in parallel with the architectural project. The "final project" drawn afterward is usually drawn at a scale of 1/50 or 1/100, depending on the dimensions of the building.
